However, many Islamic higher education institutions still face challenges in identifying student graduation patterns, particularly in distinguishing students who graduate on time from those who experience academic delays. This study aims to analyze student graduation patterns using the K-Means clustering algorithm as an Educational Data Mining approach. The study utilized academic records of 634 undergraduate students from an Islamic higher education institution in Lampung, Indonesia, with 127 records (20% of the population) selected through representative sampling for clustering analysis. Data preprocessing included cleaning, normalization, and attribute selection before clustering was performed using the Orange Data Mining platform. The resulting clusters were evaluated through visual exploration using scatter plots to identify similarities and differences in graduation characteristics. The analysis revealed distinct student clusters representing different graduation profiles, including timely graduates and students with delayed completion. These findings provide valuable insights for academic management by enabling early identification of at-risk students and supporting data-driven academic interventions, strategic planning, and quality assurance initiatives. This study aims to design, develop, and evaluate a secure Android-based student attendance application utilizing QR Code technology at SMK Darul Fikri, Indonesia. The system was developed using the Waterfall software development model, encompassing requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and deployment. Functional validation was conducted through Black Box Testing, while user acceptance was evaluated using a questionnaire covering three dimensions: usability, security, and user interface. The findings demonstrate that the proposed application significantly improves attendance efficiency by reducing attendance recording time from approximately 10–15 minutes to less than two minutes per class while providing automatic attendance reports for teachers. The application achieved usability, security, and interface satisfaction scores of </em>92%,88%,<em> and 95%, respectively, with an overall average score of 91.7%, indicating that the system is categorized as highly feasible for implementation. In addition, server-side QR Code validation, role-based access control, and password encryption enhance data integrity and minimize attendance fraud. The research was motivated by students’ low interest in math, often seen as difficult and boring. The development process followed the Waterfall method, including needs analysis, system design using UML, implementation via Thunkable, and testing through blackbox testing. Data collection methods included observation, interviews, and literature review. The testing results showed that all features functioned correctly according to design. A trial involving 10 students indicated 90% positive responses, particularly in ease of use and visual appeal. Teacher assessments resulted in an average score of 88%, confirming the application’s feasibility as a learning tool. The quiz feature, automatic scoring, and interactive visual materials for topics like addition and division effectively improved students’ engagement and understanding. This study aims to develop and implement an <span style="color: windowtext;">Android-Based Smart Learning System</span> to enhance <span style="color: windowtext;">Islamic Education Literacy</span> among students at SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Gisting. The research employed a <span style="color: windowtext;">Research and Development (R&D)</span> approach using the <span style="color: windowtext;">Waterfall Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)</span>, including requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. Data were collected through interviews, observations, surveys, and literature reviews. The developed application integrates learning materials, interactive quizzes, learning outcome evaluation, activity monitoring, and discussion features into a single Android platform. The implementation results indicate consistent improvement in students' achievement in Islamic Education, with average scores increasing from 72 to 78 in Grade VII, 74 to 80 in Grade VIII, and 76 to 83 in Grade IX. These findings demonstrate that the proposed system improves learning effectiveness, student engagement, and Islamic education literacy through an interactive digital learning environment. This study aims to design and implement a web-based information system for MTs Nurul Huda Pugung, Tanggamus, as an integrated platform for school information dissemination and promotion. The research employed the Waterfall software development model, including requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system was developed using responsive web technology to ensure accessibility across desktop and mobile devices. System evaluation involved 31 respondents, consisting of 8 teachers and 23 eighth- and ninth-grade students, using a Likert-scale questionnaire. The evaluation results indicated user satisfaction scores of 90.6% for user interface design, 92.4% for usability, and 91.8% for system effectiveness, resulting in an overall satisfaction score of 91.6%, categorized as excellent. These findings demonstrate that the proposed system effectively improves information accessibility, accelerates school information dissemination, and supports the digital transformation of educational services.
